Ingredients

Method

  1. soak kombu seaweed in water as it warms up slowly, just before boiling
  2. when boiling add onion, carrot, mushrooms, leave to simmer till carrots are reaching cooked
  3. add seasonings, soy sauce, miso paste, any kimchi, chilli oil or rice wine
  4. leave to simmer, cook noodles in soup during. Add tofu here if you want it.
  5. eat

Notes

kombu water and miso paste alone is a decent soup
