Method

  1. Fry the onion until browning and soft, then add the garlic
  2. Add tinned tomatoes and "a lil' squirty squirt" of puree
  3. Add all spices, chilli last if you're reusing the spoon
  4. Adjust spices, add salt, pepper and stock to taste
  5. Optionally, blend
  6. Add vegetables, beans and meats, you want enough that its more filling that sauce. It should be a semi-solid.

Notes

Put in wrap to make a burrito, flatten with sandwich grill. Use smashed avocado or guac as a replacement for yoghurt.
